To make a withdrawal from your Paddy Power account using your credit card, click on the "My Account" option on the top navigation bar, then click on "Withdraw".

You will be given the opportunity to change start date, expiry date or issue number.

Simply enter the amount you wish to withdraw leaving out the currency sign, confirm your password and submit the form.

It will then take a few moments for your transaction to be authorised after which you will receive an onscreen confirmation that funds have been successfully withdrawn from your Paddy Power account.

When withdrawing funds back from Paddy Power to a credit card account it may take up to 5 working days before they are credited back.

Please note: European MasterCard issuers have unilaterally decided that they will no longer accept withdrawals back onto their cards. Also, some Sterling customers with an address in Northern Ireland or outside the UK may not be able to withdraw funds back onto their Mastercard either. In these cases, in order to make a withdrawal you will be given the facility to withdraw by cheque.


If your account operates under a Cheque, Bank Transfer or BillPay system you can withdraw by chque online clicking on Withdrawal.

Please note that you can only withdraw one cheque per day.


To withdraw to your PAY PAL account, simply click on "Withdraw" in the "My Account" section and enter the amount you would like to withdraw. It may take a few hours before your transactions are authorised and processed.


The minimum withdrawal is £10 or €10 depending on your currency of choice.

The maximum withdrawal amounts per day are: Euro - €2500 GBP - £2000.

SECURITY recognise that online security is an area of vital importance for all our clients. It is imperative that you should be fully satisfied that your personal details are 100% secure before you commence betting.

Encryption: A key area of online security is encryption using the SSL mechanism, that is to say that information you provide us with is encrypted so that it cannot be read across the Internet. 128-bit SSL Encryption is used on all pages of our payment system.

Firewalls: Another key measure of online security is the Firewall. This sits between the Web server and the Internet, providing further protection against non-authorised access. Access to the server is strictly controlled by the firewall, ensuring maximum protection for the website.

The Padlock: Each screen within the secure areas of the website will include the padlock symbol in the bottom right hand side of the page to indicate that you are in a secure area and that any information you transmit is encrypted.

Added Security: If you are logged into your account for some time without using it the system will automatically log you out for security reasons.

ADDITIONAL FEES do NOT charge our clients for any deposits/withdrawals made to their accounts. However, we advise customers to be aware that their Credit/Debit card company may charge you. With regard to Bank transfers, there are fees for withdrawing, which are outlined below:

Same Day Transfers: (please note these need to be submitted to Customer Support before 11am in order for the transfer to proceed within the Same Day).


Credit/Debit cards: The transaction time for withdrawing funds from your credit card should only take a few seconds, however this can then take from 1-5 working days for the withdrawal to be processed depending on your issuing bank.

Please note that the banks do not work weekends so if you make your withdrawal on a Friday this can take longer. Also, when calling your bank about a withdrawal, please note that they deal with withdrawals as refunds instead of payments.

Bank Transfers: Depending on whether you request a Same-Day transfer or 3-5 day transfer (see fees section). Please note this depends on how long it takes for your transfer to clear.

Cheques: Please allow 1-5 days after the money has been taken from your account.
